GG Consulting provides kitchen and front-of-house staffing to hotels. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under the GDPR.

- Candidate data: name, contact details, work history, right-to-work and certifications.
- Client data: contact details and staffing requirements.
- Usage data: basic analytics to improve the site.
How we use it
To match candidates to roles, fulfil staffing requests, meet legal obligations and communicate with you. Sensitive identifiers (e.g. national ID) are encrypted at rest and access is audited.
